Services & Rates (as of 3/1/25)

Therapeutic Massage

30 minutes: $50
60 minutes: $85
90 minutes: $110

Each session is tailored to your needs based on health history, recent activities and areas of pain and soreness.  Massage pressure can also vary from session to session based on those same factors.  A 30 minute session will focus on one or two specific areas of concern.  A 60 minute session will be designed as a full body massage, with a more concentrated focus on one or two areas of concern.  A 90 minute session allows for a full body massage with additional time spent on multiple areas of concern.

Sessions include a combination of swedish and deep tissue techniques, and may also include stretching, range of motion testing and active isolated stretching.

Body Scrub/Spa Mud Wrap

60 minutes: $105
90 minutes: $130

Enjoy a relaxing, detoxifying, and skin hydrating spa mud wrap.  Starts with an exfoliation, followed by application of warm spa mud and then you are wrapped in a warm cocoon of blankets while your body sweats out toxins.  Mud is removed using warm towels and the service is finished using a hydrating body butter.  Can add time to incorporate massage into the session.

Deep Tissue Massage

60 minutes: $95

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure pressure is appropriate. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that are released from the deep tissue during the session.

Hot Stone Therapy

60 minutes: $95

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. Hot stone massage is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
